Empowering individuals with autism through skill-building programs, real-world experiences, and meaningful connections. We provide innovative, evidence based services designed to support personal growth, career readiness, and social development for children, teens, and adults.
Whether in schools, clinics, or community settings, we create safe spaces where students thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
What We Offer
Real-World Readiness: Workforce Development

Career and life skills training for young adults ages 18–28, covering financial literacy, job readiness, decision-making, and more.
Social Skills Groups

Developmentally appropriate groups from elementary school through adulthood, focused on communication, self-advocacy, and building healthy peer relationships.
Mindful Art & Movement (K-12)

Enhances emotional expression, self-regulation, and focus through structured art and movement activities reducing disruptions and improving readiness to learn.
Our Approach
At AAN, we combine evidence-based practices with hands on experiences to help individuals develop independence, confidence, and the skills they need to thrive. Whether in schools, clinics, or community settings, our programs are tailored to each group’s needs and goals.

Youth mentorship and workforce development with hands-on learning in creative, service, and high-demand careers. Offered in partnership with It’s Her.
Beyond Athletics Chicago

Combines leadership development, mental health awareness, career exploration, college preparation, violence intervention, and unique community experiences. Offered in partnership with Beyond Athletics Chicago.
CPR in the Hood: Stop the Bleed

In partnership with Autism Axis Network, CPR in the Hood delivers hands-on, engaging CPR and Stop the Bleed workshops designed specifically with accessibility and inclusion in mind.
All programs align with Chicago Public Schools (CPS) priorities on equity, inclusion, mental health, and postsecondary readiness.
