Mission Statement

To help neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals build meaningful relationships, improve emotional intelligence, and thrive in school, home, and workplace environments through intentional, developmentally appropriate social learning.

 

Program Overview

Our Social Skills Groups are small, inclusive groups tailored to individuals based on their age and developmental stage. Whether working with elementary students or adults, we use evidence-based strategies to foster growth in communication, self-regulation, and relationship building.

 

Each group is facilitated by professionals trained in behavior therapy, speech-language support, and trauma informed care.

What Participants Learn

Communication Skills

  • Verbal and non-verbal communication

  • Turn-taking, conversation skills, social cues

Relationship Building

  • Making and maintaining friendships

  • Setting healthy boundaries

  • Conflict resolution

Self-Awareness & Emotional Regulation
