Mission Statement
To empower neurodiverse young adults to become confident, independent, and work-ready individuals through real-world training, self-discovery, and practical life skills.
Program Overview
The AAN Real-World Readiness Program is a workforce and life development experience for young adults ages 18–28. This inclusive program is designed to meet the needs of individuals diagnosed with autism and other learning differences, equipping them with the tools needed to thrive in adulthood.
Whether a participant’s goal is to obtain a job, start a business, attend a trade school, or gain greater independence, this program offers a safe and empowering space to learn, practice, and grow.
