Mission Statement

To mentor and empower youth by exposing them to entrepreneurship, hands-on learning, and career development opportunities. Through community collaboration and real-world experiences, we inspire students to explore their talents, gain valuable job skills, and pursue education that leads to long-term success.
 

Program Overview

AchieveHer / AchieveHim is a high-impact mentorship and workforce development program offered in partnership with It’s Her and Autism Axis Network. This initiative prepares teens for future success by giving them access to real-world career pathways, entrepreneurship projects, and personal development workshops.

We don’t just talk about jobs we put students in the field with professionals, mentors, and hands-on experiences.

What Students Learn

Creative & Service Careers

• Balloon artistry, babysitting, vendor marketing, character entertainment

Entrepreneurship Projects

• Pop-up events, t-shirt design, small business branding

Career Exploration

• Culinary arts, stationary engineering, phlebotomy, construction, and more

Professional Development

• Resume building, time management, interview skills

Our Approach

• Students are paired with mentors and business owners

• Real internships and community-based learning

• Certification pathway exposure for high-demand fields

• Workshops aligned with SEL and CPS career readiness goals

Who It’s For

• Middle and high school students (ages 13–18)

• Inclusive of students with IEPs, 504 plans, or social-emotional needs

• Ideal for schools, after-school programs, and youth organizations
